FULFILLMENT

Your satisfaction is our goal. We understand mistakes happen; therefore, order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Otherwise, cancellations for full refund to original payment method are NOT available.  

SHIPPING

Orders placed with UTOPIA CREATIONS® (d/b/a/ 'SIMPLY GREEK') are typically shipped via the United States Postal Service ('USPS').  On some occasions, we may elect to ship packages via UPS or FedEx.  Seller reserves the right to utilize the carrier of our choosing.

Order Processing | "When will my order ship?"

  • We ship from Independence, Louisiana
  • We process orders within 3-5 business days of order placement, unless otherwise noted via website or online confirmationIn the case when order placement falls during a holiday (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas), fulfillment times can extend to 11-14 business days.  If your order contains a custom / personalized item, your order will ship when the item(s) with the longest lead time is available and ready. 
  • We do not automatically split and ship orders if there is an item included in the order that has a longer lead time.  We require separate orders to be created based upon how quickly you want the individual items shipped.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@utopiacreations.com.  We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been picked for fulfillment. 

Address Errors/Redelivery Fees
Upon placing an order and receiving the order confirmation, kindly check that your shipping address is correct and without error. If a change is required, notify us immediately via phone, text or email. If your package has not yet been processed for fulfillment, we will do our best to make changes and order updates as soon as possible. However, if your package is returned to sender for an incorrect address, mis-delivery or failure to claim in a timely manner- there is a $5.00 reship fee for first class packages and $10.00 fee for Priority Mail packages (1lb or greater) that must be remitted before reshipment can occur. This fee is waived for our Platinum Pearl members.

Order Updates/Tracking Information | "Can you provide an order status update?"

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@utopiacreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Upon receipt of your order, please check it immediately for any missing items or defective items so that we may address it.  Missing and/or defective items MUST be reported within 10 business days of delivery.  Any related issues beyond this timeframe will be addressed on a case-by-case; however, any fees for shipping or repair may fall to the buyer. 

If your order contains a pre-orderbackorder, or personalized item, the entire order will ship when that item is available. You also have the option to create an account and check your order status at any time via the Shop App. It is our goal to give you the best customer experience and to get your package to you in a timely manner.

Missing, Delayed or Mis-delivered Packages & Shipping Insurance

We wish we could say that this is unlikely to occur, but from time to time, our customers have experienced extreme delays, mis-delivered, or even lost packages.  We do what we can to assist during these unfortunate instances.  In the event a package falls into one of these categories, we take the following steps:

  • Check the tracking information and detailed tracking history
  • File a Missing Mail Help Request Form with the USPS or liaison with customer service of the other carriers

We currently offer optional shipping insurance, which can be purchased during checkout, to cover packages in the event they are lost in transit or damaged prior to delivery.  If the customer elects not to purchase this insurance, please understand that it is not our obligation to provide refunds or reship the order; however, we will do what we can to provide the best outcome that we can.  Shipping protection does not cover packages that are lost or mis-delivered due to an incorrect address.  Please see how we address 'Address Errors/Redelivery Fees' above.
