Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Simply Greek by Utopia Creations. If you experience an issue with your order or need to make a return, please review our policy below.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Have your invoice, item name, color, and quantity ready.

You may also initiate a return from your Order History under “My Account.”
1. Standard Return Policy
Our Standard Policy applies to all purchases unless you have purchased Seel Return Assurance.

Final Sale: We do not accept returns on final sale, discontinued, or bulk-discounted items.

Claim Window: Report incorrect items, shortages, or damages within 10 business days of delivery.

Store Credit & Exchanges: Returns must be sent back within 10 business days and will be issued as store credit via E-Gift Card.

Return Authorization: A valid return approval is required; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: A 20% or $10 fee (whichever is greater) applies to all returned or refused shipments, plus outbound and return shipping.

Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake, we’ll cover shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds may be reduced if items are returned in poor condition or damaged during shipping.

Warranty: For issues reported after 10 business days, refer to our [Limited Warranty Policy].
2. Seel Return Assurance (SRA)
With Seel Return Assurance (optional at checkout):

You may return eligible items for a full refund to your original payment method.

Buyer pays return shipping.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all accessories.

Processing time: 5–7 business days after our Fulfillment Center receives your return.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend tracking and insuring returns over $50.
Custom & Personalized Products

All custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE under our Standard Policy.

With Seel Return Assurance, you can return these items for a full refund (follow SRA instructions to qualify).

Cancellations for custom orders are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

If you have concerns about custom items, contact us before placing your order.
Buyer’s Remorse

Returns of in-stock items (non-custom) are accepted within 10 business days of delivery.

Buyer covers return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

A $3.50 handling fee applies to all approved returns/exchanges under this policy.
Important Notes

Products marked as non-returnable on their product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

Replacements are available for incorrect, missing, or damaged items.

Include a copy of your invoice to ensure timely processing (up to 2 weeks).
