Limited merchandise purchased from UTOPIA CREATIONS, LLC (d/b/a 'Simply Greek') is covered under a limited warranty for six months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted. Warranty covers the repair or replacement of damaged merchandise resulting from manufacturer defect including breaks or discoloration. Intentional damage, accidental damage, accidental abuse or loss of merchandise is not covered. *Stock merchandise are items that are sold as they are manufactured with no personalization or customization required. This 'Limited Warranty' excludes decorated apparel.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return item(s).
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your approved return once it is received back to our warehouse. The repair time is based on the extent of the issue. In some cases, we may opt to send the item to a 3rd party for service.
Simply Greek is not liable for any warranty return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item for repair/replacement. It is recommended that customers purchase additional insurance for items that have a value exceeding $50 USD.
- There is a warranty repair/replacement service fee ($14.95 - $34.95). The fee will be disclosed at the time of the return approval. This flat rate fee will cover the repair or replacement. It also includes a free cleaning for jewelry items and return shipping to the customer.
Detailed Limited Warranty Claim Process
Open a warranty claim. Initiate the request repair/replacement for item(s) in warranty. This can be done via email or phone. Email is preferred to ensure a proper paper trail for the communication exchange.

Next, return the approved item to Simply Greek. See recommendations above regarding the return of item(s).
Kindly allow 5-7 business days for your approved return to be processed in once it is received back to our warehouse. This is not the actual time for the repair. We will expedite your repair as quickly as possible, however, some items may require additional repair by a 3rd party. In these instances, we will provide an estimate to you for the total time of the repair. It is our goal to keep you as informed as possible during this time; however, please provide grace during peak times such as holidays or during conferences, conventions and boules.
Upon completion of the repair, we will return the item, free of charge. Your item will continue to be covered under the original warranty period of the initial purchase. We do not yet offer options for extended warranty but may explore this offering in the near future.
