Simply Greek uses Simply Shipping Protection for shipping protection requests. Use the claim portal below, rather than the former Seel Return Assurance service.

Check your order confirmation for Shipping Protection and contact us if you are unsure whether it was included. Before completing your purchase, review the protection option and its applicable terms. Contact us about an existing order rather than assuming protection can be added afterward.

Start a claim

File a Shipping Protection Claim

Open the portal and follow its instructions. Have your order confirmation and shipment details available, and retain photos of any damaged items and packaging in case supporting evidence is requested.

Coverage, exclusions, and deadlines

Claim eligibility, covered events, exclusions, required evidence, and submission deadlines depend on the terms applicable to your order. Contact us to confirm those requirements before relying on coverage. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
